Serious skills.
Unconventional lives.
We’re women in Austin creating the lives we want. Many of us run businesses. All of us bring something to the table, and want it filled with women who understand the unique challenges and joys of the lives we’re creating.
Is this your group? You run a business, work independently, combine several kinds of work, or are deliberately building a different next chapter. Maybe you’re home with young children, plotting part-time work or imagining a pivot from your previous career. You’re making choices beyond the default.
Motherhood brings its own challenges, joys, and decisions about how to spend your time. You want women around you who understand that children are part of the life you’re designing.
You’ve built a business, developed a craft, or earned deep expertise through years of doing. You enjoy putting that experience to use for other women, and being around women who do the same.
Your career gives you the structure and fulfillment you want, and you’re not looking to build a business, pursue a creative project, or explore a different way of working. This group is for women with that itch.
Everyone starts somewhere. This group is for women who have already built skills, experience, and something of their own, even if they’re figuring out what comes next.
Family comes first. This is a place to give time and attention to the ideas, projects, and ambitions that are easy to keep putting off when everyone else needs something from you.
A day job can fund an unconventional path. Time at home with children doesn’t erase your skills. What matters is what you bring and how you choose to live.
Six women creating their own paths and helping each other along the way.

Give sharp feedback. Make the introduction. Share the process that saved you hours. Help in ways that make a difference.
